Android Live Wallpaper Template Kit

Need a fairly simple pseudo-3D (Multi-layer parallax) live wallpaper template kit for android that can be compatible with various android versions. The idea is to create a live wallpaper from multiple layered transparent PNG images. In effect creating a parallax scrolling effect (vertical and horizontal) that responds to the motion sensors (gyroscope and accelerometer support). I want to create many of these wallpapers as I am a graphic artist, but I do not want to mess with code. So I need one created with placeholder graphics for the layers which I can easily replace. Required features: easily editable template with very little or no required code editing small memory footprint optimized for speed/responsiveness clean code following modern best practices with well commented source support for arbitrary number of layers, of arbitrary size support for vertical and horizontal positioning of layers vertical and horizontal positioning as well as layer order should be controlled by simple variables in the image file names support for automatic scaling based on screen size support for both tablet and mobile android versions support for android from current version and going back a few versions I will pay for the initial development of this template system, but I am also interested in possible partnerships when it comes to marketing the live wallpapers that I will be creating with the template system.
