PSD Design

I am interested to build a php application to write books, this will be develop with HTML/PHP with Mysql, also JS/CSS with a few things with Jquery and Ajax. This application will be free, without any payment options or downloads. The basic idea of this project, is build the design of the website, with a header menu with the main options (for example, home, about the book, chapters). Behind this menu, will be the content according to the chapter or title that the user is reading. At the right side of the page, will be a static window with the different sections of a book structure, for example: Home, about the book, synopsis, clarifications or legal notice, chapter and title. One last thing, the background will be according to the chapter of the book that the user is reading as well. I’ll require only one PSD design because the home page need to have the same format of all the inside pages. For example the home will be only the front page with the right and header menu.
