App tutorial vertical motion graphic video

I need a talented motion graphic designer to do me an app tutorial video in vertical orientation to showcase the video inside the app. The animation will include: (1) app screens icons (2) man character of which we will provide The video size is vertical (mobile screen size with no background just app screen) and we want the animation to be of a PSD character (of which we will provide) who will talk about the app in a Saudi accent male VO while some icons may get animated as he mentions them. He will explain the process of using 3 parts of the app: 1- how to fill in profile page 2- how to use the hotspot map 3- how to use the app camera Below is a Dropbox linked folder where you will find the script, the man’s PSD and a draft storyboard of app screens only to make it easier to understand.
