Kantor memiliki sistem tata naskah dinas untuk distribusi surat menyurat, undangan, dan lain sebagainya. Tugas saya memilah surat masuk dan keluar. Mengatur jadwal rapat berdasarkan surat masuk, distribusi disposisi/perintah dari atasan ke bawahan/staf, menelepon CP acara kegiatan (berdasarkan undangan), menelepon/berkirim email/WA kepada pemerintah daerah apabila akan ada kunjungan ke daerah, melakukan pemesanan hotel untuk menginap bagi pimpinan dan staf kantor, melakukan booking restaurant, melakukan pemesanan kendaraan (rental mobil) di beberapa provinsi di Indonesia. Selain itu sebagai sekretaris saya juga bertanggung jawab untuk mengingatkan jadwal pimpinan saya, mencarikan data yang dibutuhkan, mengurus pemesanan dan check in pesawat bagi pimpinan, memesan makanan, melakukan pengambilan gambar ketika kegiatan (foto), dan membuat laporan.
