Beautify Floorplan Outlines

I am looking for a graphic designer that has attention to detail and beautiful branding skills. I have 16 floorplans from the builder and I need the floorplans' outlines to be simplified and branded to the project. We do not need 3D renderings, just flat outlines with room names, measurement numbers, etc. I need to see samples or branding projects, preferably any real estate related work and if possible, floorplans you have done before.
I've attached the floorplans, as well as a branding guide/starting point to where we want the floorplans to go.
