Looking to update the home page and product page of a trucking/automotive e-commerce store. Platform is BIG COMMERCE.
Challenges:
1) The product page can be very basic (a part) or a highly customized product (lots of options). Need some different approaches depending on the complexity of the product.
2) Would like to better guide the customer to make product selections. Looking for some creativity in terms of drill down by fit (make, model and year of trucks) and product features. Perhaps an interview style assistant to guide the customer to a product - something unique to the industry and would maybe decrease the number of calls we get for personal consultation.
3) Updated look and feel - set us apart.
Will need freelancers to pitch an idea before signing off on completing the project.
