AI binder cover graphic adjustments

I'm an AI novice and I can't figure out how to move a few things around resize them. I tried to move the pictures down and they lost the their shape, I need them each cut down so they are the same size and have a small amount of space between them. I also need the "Customized Medication" changed to "Custom Medicine" and moved right below the logo at the top. And then below the address, phone, email etc. I need a box outlined where I can enter a clinic name, person name, address, phone number. I will then go in myself and add different doctors names, addresses, phone numbers etc. I want to use these as a cover for a binder for different doctors offices, and I want to personalize each cover so it has the doctors name, address, phone number, clinic number on it. I think I can manage adding that information on AI if you can move everything else around a bit and create the space for their contact information in the middle. Should be a pretty quick, easy project.
