Hello My understanding about the project is that you are looking for website for Nursing Recruitment Agency called BSC Clinical Solutions. You also want to integrate it with content management system (CMS) to manage information pages as well as job section/job subsections along with creation of mailing list who subscribe to various job subsections as defined in your word document..
