Build a cool Microsoft Outlook "blog style" daily post email template to clients

Hi, I would like to recreate and improve a blog style email template I am currently using to update clients with my advice and market observations on a daily basis. The template should be compatible for Microsoft Outlook. The template email will hold some constant information on my professional services as a stockbroker and financial adviser. This would include my photograph, the brand/logo of the brokerage house and a shortlist of the main services I provide plus space for imbedded regulatory compliance warnings of clients receiving the daily email - don't worry about the regulatory text I can give that to you later. I will also pass across logos and colour schemes later. It must be able to function well - meaning I would like to be able to quickly embed text that I write (my commentary) along with photos, charts or gifs and video links. Please remember I am a stockbroker not an I.T. geek - so it has to function well for me. It would be really cool if I could personalise the greeting by working off of a simple private held list of clients first names along with their email addresses. No client should ever know another clients email or name - ever. Strictly BCC... but better than simple BCC with the greeting of "Hi everyone". I would prefer to send David a "Hi David" and Bob a "Hi Bob" but for them to get the same commentary content. What I need is for it to look formatted properly when a client was to open the blog style email in the morning on their iPhone / Android or Desktop - most clients will receive on their phone I suspect.
