Build a logo, brand, brand book and associated collateral

I am looking for someone to create a logo and associated brand packs for a new management consultancy. I have the name and tag line,
I have prepared collateral for the successful bidder that explains who we are, what areas of consulting we focus on, our position in the market and who we will compete against, our ethos and our company values and DNA.
I have the content structure and flow with previous examples that I have used in the past at previous firms but I need somebody to take these concepts and collateral and reformat with the agreed new brand design:
I am specifically looking for somebody to interpret the above and create:
1) Logo Design - Main logo and smaller one
2) Logo Colours/Type/Print Face/Icons for use in marketing collateral/website/any outbound interactions etc
3) Brand Book that includes reusable powerpoint packs for client and internal collateral. There will be some graphs, pictures and other specific graphics that will need to be adapted so we can reuse in future presentations.
Powerpoint docs will be:
Business Information Pack
Proposals Packs
Induction Packs (for new hires or when commencing new projects)
Consultant Profiles
Email signature
It Is expected that this will form the start of an ongoing relationship with the successful bidder as we expect to need additional content creation and design over the coming months/years.
Existing collateral and materials will be shared with the successful bidder to aid design.
