Hello,
this is the first time I use Freelancer so I don't know if this is how this works but I need someone to create a very basic website where people could sell their unused school books for cheaper than new here in Belgium. It could also be a place for bigger distributors to sell their books new for more competitive prices then in stores. Since the target country is Belgium, the website has to be in French and Dutch (+ maybe English but that's less important). I can help for the translation in french.
