Build a Website

I need a profile based website built utilizing a MySQL database for storing the profile data. - The site needs an order form to upload profile data and images. Profiles will be paid for with 3 images for free and a fee for each additional uploaded photo. Secure credit card processing. - A profile template page is needed to display a person's profile which will need the ability to display their photos cleanly ( A large photo with selectable thumbnails below ). Their introduction will be displayed next to the photo gallery, and below will be an area to display their statistics ( DOB, Sexual Orientation, Race, Gender, etc. ) - I need a separate order form exclusively for existing users to upload additional photos at a cost with secure credit card processing. - The site needs a search page for looking up profiles using parameters such as ( Age, Race, Gender, etc. ) and the search page needs to be able to show 10, 20, 50, or 100 results per page as choosen by the online user via a dropdown select box. - The site also needs an Admin login area where I can go in and approve pending profiles ( no uploaded profiles should be displayed until I have approved of them ). Also in the Admin area, I need to be able to disable profiles, delete profiles, add profiles and upload photos, make changes to existing profiles, check for expired profiles, and also check for profiles that are within 3 months from expiring. - The header for every page of the site should have a spot for my company name and a menu bar with links for ( home, profiles, contact, terms of use, create profile, add photos ) - The footer should be small with two lines of text centered ( top for business name and bottom for link to legal page or terms of use ) - The website needs to be built with security in mind and mobile viewing friendly I am familiar with PHP, MySQL, CSS and HTML and I have already started working on this project on my own. I am not going to be able to meet my deadline due to personal matters, so I'd like to get some estimates.
