Hello all, Worked on a few small to medium sized projects in the web industry on various ideas. now currently embarking on a previous idea which failed due to bad coders. So... calling all good coders, second time lucky I'm looking for a Python(Django) web designer, someone who follows instructions and understands my requirements fully. I will not waste money going forward until I'm 100% happy with your work. This is a three-month project that must come out perfect, looking to end hopefully before the end of Q1 2019. The website must allow users to view and upload videos to their account. The video hosting framework must be mobile optimised(Bootstrap etc). But really I am looking for the basic solid reliable framework before design (still must be mobile ready). Looking for good clean coders/web developers who are (notes and GitHub is essential) Please get back in touch with your experience? How you will execute the website?
