I'd like a clean, user friendly portal that allows individuals to sign up, sign in, and make posts to the website. Additionally each user will need to be charged prior to each post going through. I'll also need to be able to monitor/approve posts prior to going live. I have a wordpress site but would like a user portal that's as streamlined as possible.
