I'd like to sell digital content, like .pdf files. I have a VPS with domain, but I'm not good with Wordpress. I want my site to be similar as of [login to view URL] (i made this example quickly), so that a buyer can choose: "Pay what I want" and when paid, the buyer gets a unique link which he can access and download. It is important that I get logs/timestamp (IP + time/date) of the accessing of the files. When purchase is completed, the purchase confirmation email must be replied and sent to me confirming the order is received in good order and/or not what they expected. I believe there is a plugin called: "Easy Digital Downloads" that provide such services.
