We need PHP developers with solid experience in the development of a web application that can offer a platform where customers and suppliers of a specific service can meet: the customer can browse through list of suppliers of the service, and hire the supplier that meets his requirement. All the negotiations, messages between customer and supplier will be duly recorded in the database in real time: discussions, agreements, mail sent etc. There will be a message center all in the app where the negotiations are made: possibility to attach documents etc. Preferably, we need ready make solutions that can be easily and quickly customized to fit any service. A good example of a similar app is that of Alibaba.com. This is not just the job of a web designer, so we need serious developers. We prefer to discuss directly with developers who have done just this before, and no middle men, please.
