Clone a Directory With 1,300 Business Locations in a Website Silo

Hello, I'm looking for a simple and easy Wordpress site built from scratch. I'm looking to recreate a basic directory that would link from the homepage to states to cities to locations. I have all of the data for the locations in an Excel file, and all of the content for each level (location, city, state, homepage) in a Word document. You'd be setting up the site structure as shown below, and then for each page automatically inserting the keywords like {address} {city} {state} into each location, city, and state page so that each page has some dynamic content. I have about 5 other pages that will need to be created as well for some extra content. The links would be set up in a silo so that the location pages linked to the city pages, the city pages linked to the state pages, and the state pages linked to the homepage in proper SEO fashion. So: 1,300 template pages for locations Smaller amount of pages for cities 50 state pages 5 content pages 1 homepage (obviously) For the site, you'd be: - Utilize SERP Shaker or another tool (you must have the tool, I don't have a subscription) to use the fields you gathered to generate 1,300 city pages - I'll write the template for you - Set up the site structure as .com/state/keyword-city/keyword-location - Silo the links so that the keywords for location go to city, city go to state, state go to .com - Adding a US map that links to each state on the homepage - Install a modern free Wordpress theme - Set up a free Google email with similar keywords to domain - Add logo - Set-up Google Analytics - Add 4-5 plug-ins (Yoast SEO, etc.) - Add [login to view URL] and set-up Google Webmaster Tools and submit sitemap - Submit site to search engines - Set up Contact Form 7 for contact us page - Set up basic Facebook and Twitter pages (description, images, link) to link back to website - Set up a 2 ads in the text, and 1 ad on the side for adsense - Uninstall SERP shaker or other plugins you used to bulk generate pages once complete *If you're going to give me a price for the job, please make sure it's an accurate bid for the work...I have other people doing similar work for the lower-middle end of the range that's on the bid so if you're bidding several hundred dollars don't bother
