Convert Joomla website to Wordpress

Our website is currently in latest version of Joomla. Its the website of a professional association. Primary features are Membership management (which also creates access control to password protected areas for certain services to our members such as the discussion forum, job board, private social networking). We have regular professional events for which an Event Booking plugin has been used where non members register without logging in at full raes and members login to the site and automatically get discounted rates. We extensively use newsletter marketing using Acymailing plugin (which is now available in wordpress version too). You need to deliver a wordpress site with a nice professional theme (we will not mind buying any themes, plugins that are finalised with mutual consent) that is responsive and optimize it for performance. Have all the primary features as explained above and some tertiary functions as password protected document management for sharing with our members sparingly, proxy voting. Proper SEO setup , migration of existing SEO etc. are obvious. We are not interested in any freelancers who will just assemble a wordpress site with plugins and who wil not do a proper migration of everything. Our site is already hosted on a top notch VPS with heavy resources and already reverse proxy is configured using NGINX and google page speed module too is installed. Even though optimization work on such a hosting environment will be much lesser yet you will have to undertake to deliver a properly optimized site and proper W3C validation etc. Only Mumbai based freelancers will be considered. Good knowledge of WP Hooks and shortcodes will be required. Do not waste your and our time by starting a chat and asking what is to be done without writing first if you are Mumbai based and you have handled such a task earlier. Else no response will be given to such mechanical and robotic chat requests.
