Corporate workshop facilitator assistant

Seeking an amazing candidate to provide assistance for a retreat/workshop facilitator during and after corporate events. Most workshops are 1-1.5 days and occur very sporadically (typically only about once/month). These workshops provide a birds eye view into corporate strategy sessions, team retreats, and/or professional development training workshops. The assistant will provide real time support during the event and document the output of the session. The key deliverable will be summarized notes to be provided to the client. The work isn't glamorous but is invaluable exposure for someone who might be interested in learning more about entrepreneurship, corporate training, facilitation, and/or strategy consulting (particularly in the public health field). Note that this is a contract position providing work as needed only (based on workshop scheduling). It is not a steady part time position. The ideal candidate will be extremely reliable and detail oriented with a very professional demeanor, great work ethic, and willingness to help. Proficiency with MS Word/PPT, Adobe, and graphic design is a hue plus.
