hi ! I am not sure about your "standard draw program", but if you have Illustrator I can vectorise them (symbols / patterns) and save them as custom shapes/ patterns. Which you can use to fill any objects ( shapes/ areas). Colors can be saved as a "palette". I will show you how to do it Regards Shiva
