Design a Banner and a Logo for my Blog - Similar to Cartoon "Archer"

I would like a banner graphic and a logo for my new website.
Backgound info on my website:
My website "Financial Freeman" will be a blog about advising/encouraging people to become financially independent by setting up their own income streams, so they can ultimately quit working in a job and live an independent life on their terms,
My decision on the name Financial Freeman was derived from slaves in the 1800's who had bought their freedom from their slave owner. Instead of using the surname given to them they chose to use "Freedman" or "Freeman" as a surname, to express that they were no longer slaves and in fact free men.
I feel that a lot of people (I myself was) a "wage slave", they give up all of their time for a salary and making someone else's dream come true and not realising that they should concentrate on their own financial independence.
Criteria:
My audience will mostly males, business professionals, aged between 20 - 40 and generally aimed at people based in the UK (England). I'd like the feel of the website to be informative but also have a casual / fun edge to it.
Banner Specification for the top of my home page:
For the banner I would like the name of "Financial Freeman" with a slogan "unshackle yourself from the 9 to 5" included, I'd like it to be done in a drawing style similar to the adult cartoon "Archer" .
I imagine it to be looking through the eyes of a man sitting at his desk (maybe "financial Freeman" on the computer screen on the left) with the guy looking down to see one hand shackled to his desk and one breaking free, with an exit strategy to freedom in the background.
For the Logo:
Obviously something that would relate to the name and maybe a graphic to link it to the banner? It's mainly going to be used for the the page tab, any paperwork and also my avatar on the discussion pages.
I am happy for graphics in color or black & white.
