Phase1: "The Big2"

Design an app that keeps track of the record of each hand of the traditional Chinese poker game, Big 2. We have the basic concept and flow ready, but require a good graphics app designer and coder to put everything together.

Phase2: "The Mahjong"

(Details to be released when Phase1 is completed to acceptable quality; and will be treated as a separate project)

Budget is fixed: USD500-1000; depending on your past experience and projects.

Requirement specified:

1. Provide both design and development
2. Provide debugging service in 30-days period
3. List the app onto iTunes Store
