Design project

I need some graphic design. Hello, I am the CEO of a fashion company and I am looking for a skilled graphic designer who has very good knowledge of photoshop and illustrator. I want someone who is creative, can do their own design conception work, can take initiative, and is prepared to research something hard should it be beyond their current skill set. I currently already have a very good designer working for me, you will be the backup designer however if I am impressed with your work and you are better than the primary designer then you will have the chance to get promoted meaning high salary, important work and more frequent work. Please do not submit a proposal if you do not have advanced knowledge of graphic design software and are not ambitious. The first task: I will provide you 6 already made designs with on average 40 colours each in Adobe publisher format. You will need to precisely identify each of the colours on the Pantone scale and add the Pantone number to the design in a clear way so that a person looking at it can see which Pantone color code is for which design. I will provide an example of a finished design to you with the Pantone codes to help understand how to do it. I will pay you 50 Euros for this first task so set the price to that in the proposal, If I see any proposals with a different amount I will assume you did not read the description properly and I will not read it. The selected Freelancer will be chosen in about 10 hours from now so take your time to write a good proposal, and the first task will have to be completed within the next 24 hours (Before 11 PM Sunday GMT time). In you proposal include any relevant past experience and anything else you think I should know. If you have worked on fashion in a serious way before then even better.
