Design a website for my new store, market test, use analytics and market test

I am based in Brisbane and am aiming to import a product from overseas to shake up the wine market. I have a logo website, business name and all the rest set up. I have all the market research etc but need to move onto more extensive market testing before I buy it, import it, design the packaging, market it and sell it. I thought the easiest way to do this is to get adjacent product lines manufactured (which is currently being done, to test out how the end product will sell). These can easily be modified to then get closer to designing the end product. Where I lack the time and IT savvy is in the initial market trending using google analytics, market researching and am terrible at designing websites and landing pages that look half decent. I am also unsure about sales tactics and products to launch this out with. I am also looking at the best way to develop a CRM for the final product. I have a set of all pretty easily made tools to do landing pages, google analytics, market testing, etc for the various soft product launches to understand the market, how best to trend, develop the CRM and to organically modify the design to better enhance usability, sales, design and popularity. So I basically need someone who is excellent at building aesthetically pleasing web platforms, social media (I can easily do up story boards and the videos myself for facebook), who is good at attracting people to websites and understanding how to best market online and do the analytics so the product and platforms can be modified to optimise sales and traffic. I am also not great at designing good written content to attract the market so that would be helpful as well.
