Hi, based on the examples you have provided you are not looking for a responsive layout however you are looking for 2 different sites with different device targets. However, we can achieve the same by creating one set of code that can handle both desktop and mobile view while importing a frame from a 3rd party site. I would love to discuss this with you as it makes the code base far more maintainable.
