Design a website to work with Weebly

I'm looking for a custom made internet radio website which will work well with Weebly (no experience in coding so would have to be able to use Weebly's website builder with the template)
Ideally wanting the website to contain;
- radio player at the top of the page
- recently played tracks (with album art)
- most popular tracks (trending)
- music news
- schedule and so on...
To give you some idea, I love the look of the wordpress template "onair2" (can be found with a basic search) Although anything "fresh", stylish and current would be great!
