Develop eLearning modules in Storyline (from storyboard)

Our digital Design Development team are currently overloaded. We would like to find someone who can develop Storyline modules for our clients, to our high standard, from a detailed storyboard (content and interactions). The most important aspects for this are: visual design and layout, creation of icons and other digital assets, robust development in Articulate Storyline 3/360, clear & easy English for ongoing communication.
