Develop Event/Promotion app with Photo/Video-sharing Newsfeed for android/ios

Good Day, Please see "App Breakdown 4 1" photo attachment. I have also attached three photos with nine different page designs, I am hoping for close to the same look, however, all necessary design improvement suggestions would be much appreciated. App Development Priority list: Goal: A daily newsfeed/event-promotion addspace app with a minimalist-night-themed design. Business model: Venues/bars pay (in person) for monthly membership to post content, venues/bars recieve data and advertising platform in return. Start up cost budget: For development, $ 7,212 for development. . .+ $1,788 a year for your company's maintenance + $1,000 for me to market locally would give me a total budget of $10 K to start up. . . . Must Have Details: 1. A "my account" page. Email/social login for venues/bars/clubs to post content and see data on their upvoted posts and on how long their post was number one post on front page/newsfeed. Reward/notification icons like a trophy emoji for being top post of last day/week/month would be great. 2. A newsfeed that wipes all content every 24 hours, yet the upvote data counter on yesterday's posts will be sent to member's "my account" page. As App Owner and Manager I will be able to have a database on all membership post upvote/history. 3. Add revenue. Help me to understand how to make money from in app adds(?) 4. Photograph and one minute-video file sharing will make up the newsfeed/front page. Anyone/party-goer that opens app can upvote a photo/video without a login. (Only members can see how many upvotes in total on all their posts for the last 24 hour period). 5. App will need smartphone access too: Camera, microphone, WiFi connection, storage device, pictures. . . . 6. If it is within my budget, I would like a GPS link feature that opens GoogleMaps etc. When you tap on the "location/address" of a venue. This will require app access to smartphone location.
