Developer - Recruitment agency for remote emplyoees - 10/09/2018 20:22 EDT

Hi, I am building a recruitment agency that screens candidates and provides them with remote full time/part time opportunities. I am open to using wordpress or building from scratch. First user would be the candidates, who sign up with all their employment and education details and then all interviews and assessment is done off the platform. Second user is the client who drops what kind of skillset they are looking for, and we reach them back. Third user is the admin. Any sort of suggestions would be welcome.
