Digital Magazine & Automation

Hi, we are looking for professional that can create an automated system to create various digital magazine. We have 300 customer and want to give customize digital magazine to each of them. Customization is in terms of (Photo + Text + Layout) Requirement: 1. Build a tool that can automatically pick the layout, photo, and text from the database and create the digital magazine with no human intervention once configured. 2. Automatic collection of photo and text from the database 3. Automatic or preconfigured template selection from the database 4. Synthesis all of the above and create Digital magazine. 5. Format: Web, iOS, Android, --- HTML5, CSS or similar We are not restricted to some specific tool such as Google Current, Baker etc. as long as above requirements are met. Note: This project is for the automation tool and magazine design primary and less about the graphic. Off course we need to design couple of layout as well but that is secondary job. PS: For bidding please reply with details response and what you can deliver. A more complete automated system that can generate 100s of customized magazine is more desired. Price is open for negotiation given that skills and capabilities are proven.
