Finalize A Training Website

A training website has already been started which is located at http://cyberawarenesscourse.com. We need payment and module access functionality. The functional requirements are listed below. *Note, previous examples of work must be shown for experience in this domain.
The site should have the following requirements:
- Once payment has cleared by PayPal the requester will receive a master login for the portal
- In the portal they need to enter employees details:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Organization Name
- If there are a lot of users, they need to upload an excel file with First Name, Last Name, Email and Organization
- Then every user automatically gets an email with login details which will be their email as user and a random password
In the portal the structure is as follows
There will be 9 modules
Module 1: Computer Usage
Module 2: Your Identity
Module 3: In and around the Office
Module 4: Email Communication
Module 5: Portable Media
Module 6: Social Media
Module 7: Using the Web
Module 8: Home Computer Usage and Working from Home
Module 9: Wireless Security and Mobile Devices
Every module has one of more videos and ends with a little test.
The next module will only be enabled when the previous one has been completed
So initially they see module 1, then once completed module 2 will be enabled etc.
After every module there is a little test (2 - 3 questions) and it must have an answer key, so they see how they did
Then once all modules have been done there is a final test of 20 questions. But they dont get to see the answers.
If they achieve 80% or more right answers they will get a final certificate emailed to them (the certificate is automatically generated). Included in that email is also another PDF cheat sheet.
The access is 60 days from the date of payment.
