Fix all errors in my magento store and some design work

After recently migrating my website from hostgator to AWS it has a load of errors, images not displaying properly etc..
Below are a list of errors mentioned by the freelancer who carried out the migration:
1. Setup Https 2. Setup SSL 3. Setup All security patch in admin side 4. Home page banner working proper. with proper align 5. Database have log of bug/error/wrong setting. have to remove all of them 6. mobile optimised version working,but not proper 7. In admin side lots of error, which have to fix [login to view URL] customer section/config section/create log section etc 8. Used module with magento setting wrong 9. Quick view not working in all browser 10. Product img not load in front end 11. Shopping cart section in header part not done in different browser 12. Website security on server side 13. website page speed, website load faster like other website
Those main task/point which i have mark in this list. some other minor bug not include in this list, we will done other one in-between
I would like all these errors fixing asap I would also like a bit of design work done too:
1. Main image slider on homepage dimensions need to be corrected 848 x 371 px or until is fits properly.
2. I need a blog adding to my store
3.I need the best sellers extention readding to hompegae it is already installed just needs to be readded to homepage.
4. And a brand slider added to bottom of page.
