I would love to be involved in your project. As a trained animator I'm sure I could provide you with what you want. I'm assuming you're wanting to use the blue Santa character from your screenshot image. I had in mind that the Santa would be bouncing along as he walks to give a jolliness to his character, I could also make his belly bounce up and down, maybe also a bit of beard movement. I was thinking for the cycle to work Santa would either pick up 3 to 5 different looking presents, or maybe just be picking up the same style present each time to make the loop work.
