This new e commerce store will be selling promotional apparel either branded (screen printed, embroidered etc) or unbranded (plain) will be fully responsive for mobile phone, tablet laptop and PC. It must have all the standard features you would expect to find in a modern online e commerce store today, possibly based on magento but will certainly look at any alternative platform suggestions, should be intuitive, user friendly and informative. Requires ability to easily add multiple product options/variations with multiple qtys per option/variation. Images 1 and 2 shows typically how a product option (in this case a t-shirt) may look on the page. Dynamic product pricing is one of the main aspects to this site (see image 3) it is Important that when a customer first selects a plain item of apparel then further selects the option to brand an item of apparel (for example screen printing/embroidery etc) then an all inclusive price per item which includes the plain item plus the branding (and total price) will display in real time on page (before checkout) allowing various branding options/variations to be selected or deselected so customer can price their total spend to a budget without going to checkout for confirmation, please explain how you would achieve these features or if there is perhaps a better way. Branding price database can be quite complex as there are many variables that need to be considered with each order so will need the ability to edit these easily. Their will be price breaks and discounts for volume. Customers will be able to upload their own logos/designs for branding to the site eg pdf, jpeg, bmp. Content management must be easy to use as products will be constantly uploaded, edited or deleted by any of my employees. Needs to have the ability to later add customer portal where corporate clients can log in to see their own unique range of branded apparel and and special pricing, this is not an immediate requirement but will be required in the future so consideration should be given to this feature from the start. Payment will be paypal, visa, mastercard. Shipping will be handled manually but based on weight & or volumetric weight and may be free domestically. Final agreed price is negotiable, focus is on quality not price.
