Im looking for a team with high developement skills and experience to develope an classified php website with alot of extra feauters i have in mind. I hired a person on freelancer but she lied and then told me she could not complete the project. Im looking for a team wich doesnt just like to chatt and write , but instead hardworking, has communication with me each day for updates,progress,questions and all that. This project i want to develope is not a project for all of you who think a wordpress template, or phpscrict you can download from internett will furfill my demands , i know all of that.
The classified website is going to have alot of functions and different things wich i will provide in chatt if you furfill my proposal demands.
To all of you who thinks this is something you can manage to do , here is the demands, if not, dont write to me or send me chatt, im tired of all these unserious people.
1. dont overprice things, cause i have alot of experience from alot of things, overprice=mute right away.
2. you can show me atleast 3 big projects you have completed wich is/was advanced.
3. you have a team
4. you are serious, and communicate with me each day
5. you have good reviews
6. you wont just say yes yes i can do, and then you cant do nothing.
PS: i will not hire you before all those things are forfilled. you might think im a wierd guy, but let me tell you something, the wierd guy is those freelancer waisting my time and talking bullshit. this is my last try on freelancer before i move completly away from this site, seems like all the freelancers are after the small bucks.
