Hi there, I'm the editor of a new kids' newsletter called the Whatsup Weekly. It will be launched in a few weeks. The mascot of the Whatsup Weekly is called Whatsit the Wombat. I need a capable graphic designer to develop the visuals for Whatsit the Wombat for use on the newsletter website and in the newsletter itself. Whatsit should be cute, minimal and kid-friendly. (Check out the inspiration pics in the attached document). This job entails drafting Whatsit in 10 poses, per below. -Whatsit seated -Whatsit standing -Whatsit sleeping -Whatsit beside treasure chest looking excited with large gold coin in his paws -Whatsit leaning (as if leaning against a wall) -Whatsit dancing -Whatsit with balloon in his paw -Whatsit as astronaut -Whatsit with bug of your choice on his head -Whatsit with helmet and shield These graphics need to be provided as separate files in either PNG or JPEG format. To apply, please provide a synopsis of your relevant experience and send a quick concept sketch of Whatsit. The successful applicant will have 1 week to complete this work (due Friday, May 18). This project has the likelihood of leading to additional work for the newsletter. Thank you!
