Graphic designer needed for annual report design & layout, incl. refining charts to align w/design

Develop a 2-4 page annual report for a small Ohio non profit focused on STEM education and informal (hands-on) learning ([login to view URL]). Can use ideas from me (newish executive director) unless you've got better ones and/or by googling inspiration about "the best non profit annual report designs." This product will be viewed in a digital format primarily but should be able to be printed on demand as needed too. I'd like it to be completed in three steps - first is to take some basic charts I've already put together and make them prettier and more fun/mission-centered by layering stock images on top or alongside (See leaping boy stock example attached - the kid could jump from bar to bar on a bar chart for example. Or in the other attached stock example, the kid measuring herself alongside our visitor increases chart, etc.) Second is to outline the overall template and insert placeholder headings and lorem ipsum so I can share the general direction and content sections with board members. Third is to, obviously, insert the copy and images as I send them along. I'd really love to see some charts for step one as soon as possible (late morning or early afternoon tomorrow at the latest?) and the rest of it may be able to wait unless you think a template outline is at all feasible before I meet with board tomorrow early evening. Which would make me look good and I would appreciate that. Some branding info: I'm told that "Neutra text bold" is a font we use. Also that our colors are Aqua - Hex = #4acccd4, R74 G204, B212 Chartreuse - Hex = #e9ee5e, R233 G238 B94 Orange - Hex = #de5433, R222 G84 B5 Elements of the report that you'll include and design around: photos, a short narrative from me providing context about the year (3-4 paragraphs of 3-5 sentences each), a bar chart showing growth in participant numbers over several years, two pie charts outlining revenue and expenses (doesn't have to be pie charts or those - I am open to an alternate way of presenting that same info) a volunteer recognition list, donor list, 5 mini profiles (3 donors, 2 families) which are basically a paragraph or so of copy with an accompanying photo for each.
