Hiring talented infographic designer (potential to work on long-term basis)

Hi Talents, We are an educational platform that teaches working professionals about career improvement. To kick-start, we require 1 infographic to be designed with following considerations: (a) fits mobile screen nicely (can open and read in Whatsapp), (b) fonts and font sizes are clear enough to read from phone without much zooming in and out. Content will be given by us - texts that consist of 6 career tips (around 100 words). Attached is our text for your reference. The designer we look for should have: (1) creative thinking to conceptualize the texts, (2) ability to find and incorporate complementary icons/graphics that work with the text, and (3) layout skills to make them sing. We prefer simple, visually appealing, professional and highly shareable designs. Attached is a reference of the design style that we want. (We welcome designers to also suggest better designs, if any) Submit a first draft and we expect 1-2 rounds (max) of amendments. Prefer to be done within 1-2 days. Infographic to be submitted in JPG/PNG and PDF version. There will be an ongoing need for more infographics relating to this project (i.e. 1 per week) and also other design projects that come along. Budget: USD 25-45 per infographic (willing to increase it later, if the designer is creative, adhere to our needs and the results are higher than expected)
