IDK who I need, but I need pictures created in vector concrete related.

I have included two pictures as my vision similar to what I want as an end result. We are a concrete producer in Ukraine. Picture will be used for billboard in most cases, thus I will need it in a vector file. Also, I will need three same pictures - two of them would include our different logos (old and new), and one would just have empty space on the right. I want a picture as in "example_1", but the hammer shall be hitting the concrete floor in motion (similar to example_2), on the right instead of the bag with cement keep it empty - it will be used for logo and some words. For the concrete background I find "example_1" to be well suited - I will also attach our brand book and logo, perhaps for a better background choice, etc once we get assigned on the project. I have more ideas coming, so I would enjoy collaborating on further projects.
