Illustrator for 30' animation social media ad

Need someone skilled in Illustrator for a 30' second social media ad. Notes on preparing illustrator design files for animation • Art board must = 1920x1080 (unless other specific res being created) • All copy (except logos) must remain editable text. • Each animatable asset or element intended to move, needs to be on a new layer. (e.g.: car separate layer from road. Arms separate from body etc)  NB separate layer (not separate groups) • Don’t create clipping boxes on art board or over assets that need to cross the border of screen (they imported as cropped assets then) • Elements should be mostly created in full. e.g, hand holding paper; hand must exist behind paper. • Colour space must be RGB. Not CMYK. • Gradients break. unless flattened to the layer or merged • Strokes/ paths have to remain single width paths if going to be stroked in animation. (width tool will break this) • New boards and added assets must be designed & provided. (unless very simple text changes i.e. spelling corrections, grammatical corrections) These are the requirements of all the images and assets. Script to follow once the job has been approved. Figures in bed with minimal moving elements.
