Hello, I am looking for an illustration for the cover of a novel which is set during the American civil war.
Books in this genre usually have a battle scene on the cover.
The illustration should show Confederate soldiers not Union soldiers, and should also show the Confederate flag.
If you look at novels by Bernard Cornwell, on Amazon Kindle, it might be useful. Attached, cover example.
The illustrations in his novels are not too detailed, which is fine. I think this is because too much detail makes the file too large.
