Joomla theme install and apply psd

I have a joomla theme , that is very basic few pages , and i have new design that is 100% similar to that theme , just color change and images are required , i have complete sitemap of the work as well , old dev already wasted lot of time , so i need someone to start right away and deliver it by tomorrow this time Thanks ..
