Looking for Graphic designer to help layout Industrial Design portfolio

I am looking for a graphic designer that can take the basic content I have placed specifically in an InDesign document and make each project tell a visual story.
I will be applying for jobs with this portfolio and most employers only spend a couple seconds per page so the visual aspect is crucial!
Throughout portfolio I specifically need:
-Overall graphic theme layout (taking what I have and potentially adding to it but mostly reorganizing information already provided)
-Recreation of graphs
-Infographics & symbols
-STORYTELLING!!
-Added research to some projects to help tell the story
I attached a pdf of one project. It is the longest of the 6 projects I have. It also has more holes or missing information than I will give to the final designer. estimated the total number of pages to be around 60, broke up into six separate products.
I will only choose a designer that has examples of their work!
