Looking for Master Web Designers based in the Philippines

My client is looking for a dedicated and highly creative master-level web designer with a wide experience of web technologies. We need people who can produce unique, cutting edge and up-to-date responsive and mobile-ready theme designs mainly for Drupal and Wordpress sites. To give you an overview of my client's business, they are mainly servicing clients from the education industry sector in the US and they maintain high quality standards and up-to-date designs for their end users. Successful applicants must have very impressive design and creative skills and we give preference on craftsmanship and passion to do high quality level of designs within a reasonable time frame. Must be very reliable and available during the agreed working hours and must have good instincts on observing proper work ethics. Most importantly, must know how to follow instructions. Main skills required: > Adobe Photoshop > Adobe Illustrator/ Vector designs > HTML5, PHP, xHTML, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, Ajax > Bootstrap/Responsive designs > UI/UX Design > Must be up-to-date the latest web design trends and is able implement it on his/her designs Important note: If you don't have any experience or even practice ALL of the above mentioned skills, DON'T APPLY. Knowing these skills is not enough - you must be able to apply it. The following experience is a plus: > MySQL > Wordpress > Drupal > Web testing/QA > Video editing software such as Adobe Premier, Sony Vegas, Pinnacle or Final Cut Pro > 3D Modeling, Animation and Compositing > Database administration > SEO > Marketing and Advertising skills Responsibilities: > Designing website interface > Converting web designs to responsive HTML/CSS > Converting HTML/CSS to Drupal/Wordpress themes > Graphic design work - banners, vector images (like logos and icons), buttons, posters, desktop publishing etc Other requirements: > Should have attained Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Information Technology or related. > English communication skills must be excellent and can speak and write English fluently. > Minimum of 2 years experience designing websites and user interfaces Applicants should be able to work from home and must have their own computers/laptop with good specs capable of handling multiple web design applications. Must have fast, reliable internet connection of at least 1mbps. Must be available during agreed working hours - either day or night shift (Manila time) Day shift - 9am to 6pm Night shift - 7pm to 4am Must be able to collaborate with the teams and meet up set deadlines per project. Trial design work might be required to evaluate the applicant's design and creative skills. We will only entertain applicants who will provide a links to portfolio or some work samples. We are giving high preference to those in Manila but anywhere in the Philippines is fine as long as you have your own work station and fast internet connection.
