I am an amateur webdesigner and started building my own website about 4 months ago. Now, I am pretty much finished with the main design and most of the content.
As I am not a professional designer with not a long experience, I started facing some difficulties now.

Project/Organization description: We are organizing medical internship programs for medical students from around the world in 4 different countries so far. On our website, we offer descriptions about the various medical programs and destinations to choose from. Once students have chosen their type of program and their favourite destination, they have to fill out an online application form. We like to have a blog/news section as well, where recent news/student reports/new programs will be displayed. We are thinking of an login area for interested students as well.
I am looking for a professional web designer redesigning/ improving my website.
For any new recommendations on better layout/design/set up options/ideas I am very open.
