Merci.com (build a website and app)

I have screenshots of what i need done. It will be a combination of a social media profile platform that will also have tabs for consumers to download our content. Content includes movie, music, video games and ebook downloads. we will connect with a company that offers us a white label interphase. We also will need realtime tracking of customers signing up and a back office that tracks everything. with a calculator that people can put in figures to calculate how much money they will make. We have an affiliate marketing pay structure. We also need a cart for people to check out and purchase content. If there is a fit i will upload documents at a later time. (The overall view would be Facebook, meets netflix, meets itunes, meets amazon prime, meets, game stop, and barnes and noble and had a baby and came up with my platform. In a nutshell.....
