Music Book Design and Edit

We are a local music group that plays Irish traditional music and want to get a book together with all of the tunes in our repertoire.
The notes for these tunes can all be found online through a website. The tunes are organised into sets (2-3 tunes) and each set needs to be on one A4 page. I will provide a list of the tunes in their respective sets. The winning bidder will need to go to this website to get the notation for the book. There are about 35 sets in total.
I also want some words and photos included which I will provide to the winning bidder.
This would suit someone who's experienced in publishing or producing booklets. I will want the final version to be in MS word.
I will give as much detail as I can and can get back to questions very quickly.
I'm looking for a two week turn around on this.
