I need a Graphic Designer familiar with screen printing.

Most of the time I receive the artwork from a customer and it is not in a format that will work for screen printing. Often receive artwork where the color of the background is part of the image and would print as a box around the desired artwork. Sometimes I need artwork created when the customer does not have existing art.
