Understand, analyze & client requirement & business domain Create complex user interfaces for a variety of applications & websites for both new and existing Web applications by considering client requirement & business domain. Cross browser/platform understanding Ability to create responsive web design Should also create UI Design Guideline for team member using best practice Knowledge of Mobile application user interface design Design integration with CMS Responsible for Social Media Designing Knowledge of design framework Creating and converting design to HTML with cross browser compatibility Co-ordinating with developers while implementing the design Research / Exploration of tools / technologies for delivering quality service To provide guidance & support to team and review performance of team on regular basis Keep self-up-to-date on the UI technology front Learn all new techniques required in the project Should participate in learning & development of self & others Adherence to delivery schedule Awareness of latest design trends Effectively manage stakeholder expectations for conflict and issue resolution Give actionable feedback to Team Members on monthly basis Competencies and Skills Excellent UI Design Skills Layout Skills Creative Services Customer Focus Creativity Flexibility Desktop Publishing Tools Acute Vision Handles Rejection Attention to Detail Deadline-Oriented Acute Vision Coordination and communication skills Kindly share your mobile number.
