Need a Mailshot (Email Template) created on Outlook

Dear freelancers, I have a client who wishes to create a mailshot (email template) for a newsletter through their outlook account. It needs a signature, logo, banner and text added to the mailshot plus it needs to be editable. I require an expert freelancer who has knowledge and experience in creating mailshots and who can complete this by today.
